Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Pale straw / lemon-straw color, with a fine, persistent mousse (bubbles).

• Nose / Aroma: Fresh fruit (pear, citrus, apple), hints of exotic fruit, white peach; also pastry/brioche, nutty and buttery notes as it opens up.

• Palate: Elegant, balanced, creamy texture; flavors of citrus, stone fruit, subtle lees (bread/pastry) character; refreshing acidity. 

• Finish / Ageing Potential: Long finish with hints of honey and lemon. Good to drink now but also has ageing potential over 10-15 years.
