Moët Impérial is the signature non-vintage Champagne of the house, created in 1869. 

• It is a blend of over 100 different wines, including 20–30% reserve wines, which contribute to its depth and consistency. 

• Grape composition: 30–40% Pinot Noir, 30–40% Pinot Meunier, 20–30% Chardonnay. 

• Dosage (sugar): ~7–9 g/L (Brut). 

• Ageing: About 24 months in the cellar, plus a minimum of 3 months resting after disgorgement.

Tasting Notes

Appearance:

• Golden straw yellow color, with subtle green highlights. 

Aroma (Nose):

• Bright and lively fruit notes: green apple, citrus. 

• Mineral undertones and delicate white flowers. 

• Subtle “blond” mature notes: brioche, cereal, and fresh nuts. 

Palate (Taste):

• Generous white-fleshed fruit: pear, peach, apple. 

• Fine, delicate bubbles that caress the palate. 

• Light citrus vivacity and a hint of gooseberry. 

• Silky and creamy texture, balanced with fresh acidity. 

Finish:

• Clean and lingering finish with crispness and subtle citrus peel notes.
