Winemaker Notes

This Monterey County Chardonnay is light and bright, creamy and well-balanced. Flavors of tropical fruits like peach and pineapple are rounded off by traces of pear and vanilla. Au Jus by 1849 Wine Company is full of personality.

American contemporary artist, Saber, created the label artwork, titled “Drip.” It embodies the silky texture, long legs, and rich finish of this wine.
